Photo restoration is an art in itself, repairing photographs that have been damaged in some way or other, either by fire, water, bad storage or just time.

Our digital photograph restoration service takes your aged, damaged photographs and restores them pixel by pixel, to their former glory.

If you have an old photograph that is damaged or you just want a duplicate copy we can help. We can restore and repair damaged photographs, remove blemishes, colour and tint old black and white photos, enlarge, copy and even create photo montages of your treasured memories.

We can enlarge your restored photo and print it in many finishes including stretched canvas, so your photo can take the pride of place it deserves, this makes a perfect family gift, especially for our older generations.

We can print the restored image ready for framing or we can keep it simple and email you the image or even create a CD so you have a permanent digital copy safe to pass on to generations to come.

Photographs are important to all of us, they have great sentimental value and are an irreplaceable part of our family history. Snaps are often taken in a hurry to record that special occasion, but sometimes there is a little gem hidden in the middle of the mayhem that is invaluable, or there is a great snap that is spoiled with something ‘not quite right’ in the background.

We all have precious family memories in the form of photographs and it’s a sad fact that over the years many become damaged, faded or creased. They deserve to be restored and preserved to provide us with those fond memories for years and generations to come.

It makes sense to protect those memories by making digital copies. Damage can be repaired and images can be restored and enhanced, bringing them back to their original glory.

.how long?

Restoration usually take between 10 to 14 working days to complete upon receipt of your photograph. Return of your original photograph can take 2 to 3 days unless a print has been ordered in which case we will return the photo along with the print to minimise our carbon footprint.

We will email you a digital proof of your image for approval. Once approved we can email the full image to you, create a CD or we can print to your request on photographic or canvas media.

.how much?

Our photo restoration services work on a 3 tier system. To be sure of the cost, we will estimate on photo receipt and confirm everything with you prior to starting any work.

Tier 1: Starts from £10

Basic colour adjustments such as minor repairs to background, cropping and resizing.

Tier 2: Starts from £22

Same as Tier 1 but also includes repairs of large cracks or damage to the background, minor facial damage.

Tier 3: Starts from £34

Generally applies to major photo restoration work including extensive repair to the foreground, faces, hands etc...

Additional work is charged at £25/Hr.

An optional CD of your scanned and edited image is available on request at a small charge of £2.50. All returned photos will be carefully packaged and sent via recorded delivery.
